The Pilot Boat Inn is on the edge of Bembridge Harbour and is popular with holiday makers and locals alike. There is a long bar with stools and tables, fish tank, piano, guitars, tv, games and even a retro game machine of space invaders! The restaurant seats up to 50 covers and in the winter there is always a welcoming log fire with comfortable chairs around the fireplace. In the summer we have two sunny terraces at the back of the pub and benches outside the front.
Richard Chase, who has worked for us both here at The Pilot Boat Inn and at The Hollist Arms in Sussex, is now running the kitchen in partnership with us. He is young, enthusiastic and loves cooking particularly seafood. The food is all freshly prepared in the kitchen using local produce and suppliers wherever possible.
